St. Paul's Cathedral & The Tate Modern

Our last day in England had dawned on us at last.

We decided to see St. Paul's Cathedral and the Tate Modern art museum.

Here's Mary dwarfed by the huge front of the cathedral.

The architecture was amazing.

Sadly no pictures were allowed inside. The dome and the halls were awe inspiring and carried a certain peace to them that is hard to describe.

We crossed the Thames on the millenium bridge. Looking back towards St. Paul's.
The bridge footing with the art museum behind.
The view of the millenium bridge and St. Paul's from the cafe inside the museum.
No photos were allowed in the art museum either! The collection was amazing, with numerous paintings and sculptures that blew us away and a few that left us, well, puzzled.

We headed back to our room and rested up for our last excursion in the evening.
