After visiting the Tower of London, we went on a short cruise up the Thames River.
We had another fine view of Tower Bridge.

And the Tower of London.

The futuristic London City Hall.

The historic fish market.

The huge ferris wheel known as the London Eye.

The old City Hall now houses the London Aquarium and the Salvador Dali museum (which we visited - no photos allowed).

We got off the boat to see the Dali museum and soak in the scenery. Here's Mary with two English icons albeit a rather modern doubledecker.

Big Ben and the House of Parliment were duly impressive.

After visiting the Tower of London earlier in the day we found ourselves totally knackered by midafternoon. We realized we were going to have to pace ourselves a little better!
